Machined Aluminum
I have a custom brass part that I need to have machined. Where do I start to get more parts like this made?
It could probably also be made out of aluminum or plastic.
How much should something like this cost and will the machine show just need a sample?

Call around, get quotes, pick one and have them make it!
The cost is going to be heavily based on your tolerances, (how exact everything needs to be), and how much material is being used. Unless I see the part I really can’t give you an accurate estimate. If you give the machine shop an example of what you want made they should definitely be able to duplicate it for you.
