Pro Gear Fishing Reels
has anyone ever bought gear off ebay?
Spring forward to getting some sweet gear for. My main source is basspro.com aka Bass Pro Shops. However, I have the same roll / rod on ebay at a cheaper price … only his sketchy purchase fishing gear appears off ebay. has anyone done it before? in thinking only with Bass Pro Shops will remain, but on the other hand, I was able to save money. what would you do?
I have bought gear off ebay for more than one Opportunity. I have no problems. I do suggest that you exercise caution when making a purchase. A note from the beginning to each auction, you will bid on end. Send Never cash or Western Union. Check all the seller ratings, and fear not, a few of them to ask questions. Find out what you want to buy … research, before you bid. Keep away from last minute deals if you are not familiar with the item you are planning to buy …. most of these commandments, and momentum at the end are paying more. Stay away from objects, parts of which becomes a problem for the replacement …. Vintage rolls, etc., if you plan on collectiing. Last but not least, know what the shipping costs, before placing a bid. Many auctions do not state the charge and they are the ones you should know. Once you are in any case in a binding contract and the seller can tell you, what they want for the shipping … many people have broken out this way. There are a lot more and has to avoid ebay fraud forums and what not. Check 'em out. It may sound like a lot of trouble, but once you get a feel for eBay, it is like breathing and the offers to come quickly. I bought a Shimano Triton GT (a Castor 50-60) for only $ 20 including shipping. Keep your eyes open and make the offer …. do the research first.
