Why am I only at the beginning 14-15 mpg highway in my '93 Chevy Cheyenne (4.3 Vortec, auto)? Ask what you want?
Ive looked at fourms and it seems everyone else is about 20 MPG in the same truck. I have a bulky cap on the bed, which can help pull. Should I remove it and preform a tune up at the same time? What exactly would help. The truck feels smooth and has 130,000 miles on the odometer. Thank you!
Sounds like you need to check / Replace the oxygen sensor. My friend has a 1997 4×4 with 4.3 (with 140.00 miles) and gets 18-20 highway to exchange sensor.
